70s Vintage Nylon Wrap Tie Skirt

This is a gorgeous 1970s-1980s vintage wrap skirt. Made of nylon (and likely intended to be lingerie), its a black fabric with vibrant large flowers in purples, pinks, yellows and greens. The skirt closes with velcro and also has ties. Has no size tags can work for a variety of sizes due to elastic tie waist. Would make a great pool cover up! in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. has some minor snagging.
