William DeLizza and Harold Elster (D&E) established DeLizza & Elster, also known as D&E, in New York City in 1947. The company produced high quality costume jewelry after WWII for more than 800 jewelry companies including Coro, Hobe, Kramer, Hattie Carnegie, and Weiss. D&E producers their own Juliana line between 1967 and 1968. The pieces were unsigned but are identifiable by the materials and manufacturing techniques.
