Angela I will post the two pictures here. Specifically what part of the watch would you photographed ?

Is the back of the case missing?
Apr 28Reply

gosparty
@cphagency. No it’s a transparent back that allows you to see the moving gears. Of course not while on your wrist 😀. I can try and take a better picture if you like. It’s a bit hard with the band in place.

Hi, is the watch men's or women's? It listed as mens but says "women's" in the description. I am interested.
May 10Reply

twhohol
Also, it it in working and accurate condition?
May 10Reply

gosparty
@twhohol Good morning. It is a men’s watch. Yurman jewelry is popular with women, so I moved the listing to women to catch the their attention - perhaps a gift etc.

I will post a picture on my arm in a few minutes. Automatic movement has never failed and time is accurate when I wear. Yurman booklet describes the watch as a Large Automatic.

@twhohol - just making sure that you received responses to your questions. I didn’t respond using the reply button in error. If still interested, make an offer. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi sorry for the slow response, I did see the responses and I am very interested. I am deciding between a couple different watches, but will be making a decision very soon. Thanks for the photos!

When was the last service date? What year is it from?

cphagency
Is this a ladies or men’s watch?
May 12Reply

gosparty
@1elyahu hi thanks for the offer. My watch on Real Real has sold for 875-1200. The same watch with white dial sold for 875. Unable to compare age, so with that said I will accept a counter of 650. I have two other potential buyers. One less than you and the other sitting on the fence but has not offered. I’m going to wait them out unless we can agree. Thank you.

1elyahu
@gosparty I appreciate the reply. Can you tell me what year it's from and if you have had it serviced? If so, when? I need to factor that in because servicing a watch can cost $500.
May 12Reply

gosparty
@1elyahu Watch has never been serviced. Understand that’s an expensive proposition. I have the box and instructions but can’t find the receipt. Yurman introduced the collection in 1999. It’s not that old, I’d have to say it’s 15 years old give or take. We are 100 a part. Split the difference ? If so make an offer for 600 and I will accept. Disregard the counter offer, that’s Poshmark talking. I will cover delivery cost.

Can you check it with a Watch Accuracy Meter app they are fairly accurate and they will help me understand the condition of the movement.
May 13Reply

gosparty
@1elyahu Just googled - Didn’t know an app existed for that purpose. I will do so and send results. Also will check my other auto watches.
May 13Reply

gosparty
@1elyahu Will post a picture from the app in the next few minutes. Let me know if when you captured the info. Servicing suggested as you will see.

@gosparty I appreciate you. I'm shopping for quotes right now. The first quote I got was insanely high. I'm not even going to mention it.
May 13Reply

1elyahu
I shopped around and got a few quotes, considering that it definitely needs a service, I'm going to be looking at $300-400, also to factor in my cost toconsidering the physical condition. Unfortunately, I'm going to be at $400 now, and I appreciate your honesty, but I have get it to where it needs to be.
May 13Reply

1elyahu
I appreciate your time and effort, but I don't understand how you are at close to $700 now when you said you could do $600. I'll be honest, I can't go much above where I'm at considering what I need to put into it. It is a beautiful piece, but I need to factor everything in.

1elyahu
I just counred you again. That is the absolute best I can do. I understand if you reject it, but I can't go any higher.
May 13Reply

1elyahu
Sorry, we couldn't see eye to eye. Good luck.
May 13Reply

gosparty
@1elyahu Poshmark is sending automatic counter offers. Sorry I should have turned it off. I will look at your last offer and I get it. But i have to give up 20 percent to Poshmark so there comes a point where injustice keep it.
May 13Reply

gosparty
@1elyahu There comes a point where it’s not worth servicing. I have a 50 + year old auto Seiko that was given to me in high school. Never serviced. Still keeps perfect time on a daily basis. If I wear for a couple of days, it loses a minute or so. Lots of service people charge ridiculous amounts, more than worth of watch. Good luck
May 13Reply

1elyahu
@gosparty the problem with that is, once the oil gets all dried up, you start getting erosion on the metal pieces, and then you're risking it stopping to work all together. It can probably still run for a few good years, but it's not a good idea. I'm willing to come up to $450 but I really can't go higher.

Hey again, so everything is authentic and in working order right? Give me your best and final offer. Thanks for your patience

I posted a scan of the watch using a watch accuracy app called tickIQ for your review. It’s a cool app, take a look in the apple app store if interested. I purchased the watch new at least 10 years ago from I believe Tourneau in NYC. So there’s no reason to doubt authenticity. That and I never had the watch repaired or serviced, though any watch this old should be serviced. My best and final offer is 650. There are similar and probably newer watches listed here for 1,000+. Thanks for follow up

I'm still interested but I forgot to ask if there's any scratches on the crystal?
May 18Reply

@1elyahu I will be home later this evening. Will look at it using a magnifying glass if that helps.
