The tiered skirt is fully lined with a solid navy polyester liner. It features a smocked bodice, puff sleeves & a button key-hole closure in back. There is a sweet ruffle detail where sleeve & bodice meet as well as at the bottom of the sleeves. Looks cute with sandals, booties, sneakers or heels.
