The print reads “Christian Dior Printemps Été 2006.” Crafted in France from airy printed silk chiffon, this piece captures Galliano’s romantic equestrian “Dior saddle” motif with sun-washed gold tones, antique scrollwork, and softly draped construction. The bodice crosses elegantly at the neckline and drapes into ruched gathers through the hip, tied into a “ponytail” trailing sash. Features a 1920’s esque drop waist. A rare Boutique adaptation of the runway fabric, wearable yet truly collectible.
