is it fleece-lined or quilted inside? does it have an inner fleece jacket or is it just one layer?

Hi - it is not fleeced lined but quilted inside. It does not have an inner fleece jacket zip out, its just one layer. It is light to midweight, i wouldn't describe it as a ski jacket (I reposted the original poster's description) I bought it with the intention to use it as a raincoat with a little weight to it and it was heavier then i thought. I hope this rambling answered you question lol
