Old Navy distressed classic Button-Up Shirt L Tall slim fit

I know I put this on a female figure not realizing it was a men’s shirt until after Slim fit size large tall The chest is 46 inches so it fits a 44 best Total length 32 inches I wrote up one arm just so you could see what it looks like, but the length of the arms from pit to cuff is 22 inches There is no discoloration is an excellent condition, very retro style with the exposed stitching on the pockets It looks like there’s something above the left chest pocket in the picture and it was a piece of a leaf because I take my pictures outside, but it came right off. It’s no longer there.
