This is a very full slip. It is white with 2 layers on top and 3 layers on bottom (extra layer of tulle 1/2 way down to bottom hem) so it helps to give a “puffy” appearance to a full dress/skirt. It could be full length for a girl/teen or approx. shin or tea length on an adult depending on your height. This is great for under a prom dress, princess costume, bridesmaid/wedding or quinceanera dress. This has a size tag of Medium so is considered ladies medium. The waist has a Velcro strip, so it is adjustable. Approximate waist measurements: with Velcro closed as small as it will go with about a 1” overlap, waist is approximately 21.5”. Largest waist measurement approximately 26 1/2 to 27” with about 1” overlap on Velcro at its largest. See photos. Measurement of length from the top hem: 29” in length.
