ponytail61 hi is the fabric because across the bottom there and just it's ripped in the seam can I get a better picture maybe of the lace is that ripped out as well or is it just all shredded I'm a size 14 or 16 and some LPs just depending how it's cut I've lost on a 150 lb so maybe this would work as a top just wonder if there's enough fabric on the bottom to fix it properly or if I would have to add it differently in between the layers thinking out loud adding it to the other fabric would be great

lindascleanout @ponytail61 It was cut open and part of it removed. It would be fine to make into a top - but couldn't be turned back into a dress since some of the material is used. Hopefully that makes sense!
