Red & White Ribbon Dragon? Globe Art Glass Paperweight Vintage

This has to be one of the most unique art glass pieces I have found to date-- it is stunningly detailed, ornate, has controlled bubbles, &has unique white & red ribbons. The red nearly looking like it is forming dragon 'faces' and the bubbles make the eyes and mouth. It is in such good condition, it looks nearly new. It was gently cared for and is just beautiful. There are no cracks, chips, crazing or issues with the internal ribbons or external glass casing. Just stunning! It measures 10" round, just big enough to hold in your hand.
