Vintage Women's Ciao LTD Project Dress. 100% wool, made in Hong Kong. Fully lined with pockets. BUT - the moth damage. This would be a great project for someone to add appliques over the damage or cut it out and sew in red wool accents. Too nice to throw away and I hope this finds its person!
