This listing is for a Gap acrylic Cookie Monster hat in 4T-5T from the toddler line. Elliott wore this 2-3x and was washed once. I will call it vguc due to some fuzzing in the back & washwear on the pom pom. Super cute 😍 Cookie Monster is my second favorite Sesame Street character next to Snuffleupagus 👍
