Strangecvlt Spooky Orange Flats Size 5 NWOT

I bought these and I believe they run small. For reference, a 5 in Hot Chocolate shoes is a little big on me. They have just been sitting in the closet. There's a small black mark on one that I believe can be easily cleaned off.
