Vintage embroidered lace sheer accordion skirt outfit dress smocked waist custom

used and vintage condition - custom and handmade fabric is very sheer and will need a full slip or some other material under both the skirt and the top. top has a smocked waist padded shoulders and embroidered lace bib on the chest. skirt is MIDI and accordion style mid-century, granny core, librarian, secretary, considering that it's sheer it could be used for some other adult night time activities. see measurements for sizing as this is a custom one of a kind item measurements skirt length 25" waist stretches from 27"-34" top length from shoulder to hem 20.5" sleeve from underarm to cuff 12.25" chest 42" I find this item odd as it has such a conservative modest appearance but then the level of sheerness is very confusing. definitely perfect and ideal for very hot or warm weather.
