It comes fully loaded with shoulder pads, cinched waist to hide those imperfections and its original tags.  Tag says size 8, but please refer to the measurements below. It's made out of 90% polyester and 10% spandex/elastan, so the dress has a nice stretch to it. This amazing evening dress, or even statement piece, is fully made in Canada by unite svti workers.
