Lg 1960's Natural Queen Conch Seashell 12" x 9" x 6.5" Coral Pink Inside Handpainted Shell Yep, It was a thing! I did not try to remove any of the paint but as I was wiping the shell down with a damp cloth, a little paint did rub off. So, it may be easy to remove if desired.
