60s(?) Handmade Red Crushed‎ Velvet Dress

This beautiful Dress is in very good condition for its age but needs some minor repairs, easy for any seamstress, a big pain for someone not crafting inclined like myself. The hem is raw as if it has been cut down from being a longer Dress, so it needs to be hemmed, and a couple of the skirts folds on the back at the waist have pulled and could be mended, though if in a rush you could skip that.
