60s Floral Tulip Shirt Dress

Features a floral and tulip print with huge buttons across the front. Has a scalloped neckline and a tie that wraps around. The dress does have waist holes for the tie (see pictures) so half of it goes inside and the rest is tied up front. Does have pockets!! Also has a snap on at the top. Made of nylon material and does have wrinkles I couldn't take out. But such a soft fabric! In great condition! The only flaw is that the buttons are a bit loose.
