VINTAGE Teal High Waisted Skirt

Its suuuuch a pretty skirt (photos doesnt do it justice i promise) that i bought from @theshylibra, but it doesnt fit my thights :'). There's no stretch to it so please take a good look at the measurements. There is a front slot that starts at 22 inch starting from the top. There are belt hoops also which is practical.
