So to be sure of the actual measurements I pulled these items from inventory and measured them individually. Listed below are measurements for each size.

cabanablue @chd805 measurements taken w/ jeans laid flat & without stretching fabric. Size 27: rise 11.5”, inseam 26.5”, leg opening 21.25”, waist 15.25”. Size 28: rise 11.75”, inseam 26.5”, leg opening 20.5”, waist 15”. I hope this is helpful.

cabanablue Sorry, the waist on the size 28 is also 15.25” measuring straight across with the jeans laid flat.
