VTG Carolina Herrera Polka Dot Faux Wrap Embossed

Item is in preowned condition. No stains or tears, but there are some pulled threads at the bottom of the back zip. Lay flat pit to pit is 16 inches shoulder to hem is 44 inches, lay flat waist is 15 inches. Vintage Size 8. All measurements are approximate. Item is faux wrap with almost the look of a sash with a ruffle down the side as pictured. Embossing of the US and UK flags are throughout the garment. Unique, designer and vintage style. I could not find a fabric or care tag.
