Don’t trust the people who make you talk to them through email!!! They are always SCAMS! It happened to me many times! Specially on eBay! They are just going to make you send the item (not through the poshmark app) and never pay you (even though they will say that they will)

la2champion @camikate it also happen to me I recognized it from the start and informed the individual all my transaction are done through Poshmark if they have a bank to send you a certified check they should use that same bank to pay for the item they wish to purchase through Poshmark. I support you all the way!!

kluggoddess This happened to me in the first few weeks I was on here. I gave them my email and they then wanted my home address! I knew it was a scam at this point but didn’t know the rules yet when I was new! Scary!
