Simple Choker Necklace

From a boutique. Elegant by itself but also great for layering. I’m not sure what material it’s made of but it feels like some kind of metal. There’s a slight discoloration in the material on the inside of the band (picture 4) but it’s not noticeable when wearing. 13.5 cm diameter at its widest. ⚡️ Accepting all reasonable offers!
