100% Cotton FULLY LINED Off the Shoulder Light Chambray Dress. Could also be worn on the shoulders as the elastic scoop neck adjusts nicely. Size S measures about 28" from neckline to hem. Can also be worn as a tunic or shirtdress. Approximate sizes: XS~4 S~6 M~8 L~10 XL~12. Belt not included. Necklace sold separate in my closet.
