Modcloth strapless blue chiffon tiered dress EUC

Beautiful blue dress with a tiered front, sweetheart neckline, and exposed back zipper. The most accurate representation of its color is the last pic (excuse the sombrero). Only worn once and there are a couple small, slight spots on the front but they're so faint I couldn't even get them to show up in any photo. Vintage Modcloth - no longer on on the site and my order history doesn't go back far enough. Freshly dry cleaned and ready for the next occasion that calls for a show stopping outfit!
