These Citizens of Humanity Ingrid's are in very nice, like-new condition. They are a size 27 stretch. Please note they have been professionally hemmed. I have shown this in the last photo so that you can see how they look on both the inside and outside. The seamstress did a fab job on these. The measurement in the waist is 15.5" lying flat across the front and the inseam is 30".
