You are protected every time you place an order on Poshmark.

If your order never arrives, we'll refund your payment. If your item does not match the description, notify us within 3 days of delivery. After we verify your claim, we'll refund your payment.

We have policies in place to protect you on Poshmark. This is Posh Protect.

How does Posh Protect work?

Simple. When you purchase an item on Poshmark, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order and it's as described in the listing. If we don't hear from you within 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

However, if your order has damage that was not disclosed in the listing or is in some other way not as described in the listing, tell us within 3 days of delivery by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website and uploading photos and details. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label for you to return the item to the seller and we'll refund your payment. If there are any other issues with your order, please email us at support@poshmark.com.

What does Posh Protect cover?

If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem in the Poshmark app or website immediately:

• Damaged item
• Wrong item
• Missing item
• Item not as described
• Replica or fake item

Posh Protect only covers verifiable claims as determined by the Poshmark Team.

Trades and Offline Transactions

Posh Protect does not cover trades through Poshmark (both items priced $0) or any transactions off of the Poshmark platform (e.g. pay through PayPal). When money is not exchanged through the Poshmark system, we cannot and do not guarantee that both parties ship and transact as promised and you bear all risks associated with any such transactions.
