40s/50s Carter's 1y Panti-dress Twosome 2pc Dress and Bummies Outfit

Vintage 1940s/1950s Carter's Panti-Dress Twosome pale yellow two piece outfit with smocked babydoll dress and matching bummies/diaper cover. Tagged 1y, measures 11" pit-to-pit, 12.5" shoulder-to-hem and 7" waist unstretched (diaper cover). Good condition for age, elastic has great stretch. Small stain on dress front and hole in diaper cover as pictured.
