4 1/2" Hand Painted Mata Ortiz Native American Art Pottery Seed Pot Vase Blue

This is a beautiful hand, painted Mexican or Native American style pottery vase or seed pot. Has a rounded bottom and opening at top, hand painted blue geometric design. There is a signature and etching on the bottom, cannot make out signature, possibly 'Elenor Ro??. Good condition, minor wear with age. See pictures for details and condition.
