3X Time & True Black Button Down Shirt

I purchased this shirt on 6/21 from Walmart thinking it was a Small. I cut the tags out and put it on for work that evening but it definitely was not a small. Measurements are more like 3X and I couldn’t return it since I cut out the tag. Bust: 48” but stretches to 50” Waist: 47” but stretches to 48” No idea what type of material since I cut out the tags.
