3 Madeleine Madeline Baking Sheets Molds Pan Made In France Traditional Pans

These are three (3) new, unused Gobel branded madeleine sheets/molds/pans, made in France. The pans are in their original shrink wrap—but there IS a small tear in the plastic (SEE PHOTOS). The pans are heavy, tinned (tin lined) steel and each has 12 shell shaped cavities. These pans are commercial quality and are designed for longevity. Pan Size: 15.5 inches long X 9 inches wide Cavity Size: 3.5 inches long x 2 inches wide FROM THE MANUFACTURER: - Tin molds and non-stick-coated tin molds are not dishwasher safe - Do not leave them in the freezer - Wash the molds with dishwashing liquid and a sponge not a scouring pad—then wipe them dry - Do not cut your baked product while inside the mold, as the knife or cutting wheel can leave scratches - Do not place the mold on a direct flame - Bake in a maximum temperature of 482° Fahrenheit / 250° Celsius
