This is an adorable little navy blue number from Xhiliration. Honestly i was shocked when I went to list this item because I had no idea it was Xhiliration because it feels so heavy and high quality. It has an adorable lace halter neck and a lovely keyhole back. It is tagged as a small however it has a lot of room in the chest for bustier people. I’m a DD.
