Elastic waist measures 15.5 inches on ONE side. It then easily stretches to 20 inches on both sides. (Maybe cute as maternity that you grow in to and then it blondes back. Hem sweep measures 17 inches. Fabric looks and feels like the lightest weight velvet. Really nice. Lovely neckline. On button keyhole closure in back at neck. Hidden flat pockets at waist. I have exact same jumpsuit listed separately and it's a lovely sage green.
