Cobalt blue high waisted corduroy trousers with a gold fleur de lys pattern. Pleated front, tapered leg, elastic waist. 100% cotton, fabric is velvety corduroy but light and no super dense. Shown on a 29” waist 37” hip. Waist stretches and hip area is roomy. Marked a 10 but I would call it more of an 8 in modern sizing. Check measurements.
