1991 CLASSIC IRON HARLEY SHOVEL HEAD CIGARETTE LIGHTER

Nice metal case in good condition with epoxy resin of some sort over the front design. Does not work now. Doesn’t look like it has been used. The picture shows no wick, so I took it out of the case and discovered it has been pushed down into the rayon below. Don’t have a tool to reinstall it. Wheel spins freely, And I feel that with a flint it will work. The picture shows a pretty good description.
