1970s-1980s Navy and white polka dot button dress. No fabric content tag, but feels like rayon or rayon blend. Has two pockets at the bust. Buttons at the front center with 14 shell buttons. Unlined. There is a waist cincher at the back, one button has been replaced. Drapes beautifully. Has slight peplum detail. No holes, rips, or stains. Light wear/signs of age throughout.
