1960s vintage flower child midi dress

Wear this dress to Central Park in Summer and watch the city transform into the set of the 1979 film Hair. The neckline sits wide and high just below the collar bones and lifts up into the ties at the end of each shoulder. The top half billows out slightly and nips in low at the waist before the skirt billows out and hits halfway down the shin. The material is sheer, I’d call it conservatively see through. There is a slip with holes in the skirt that can either be removed or replaced.
