Smooth velveteen, like wearing a rose, shaped into this early 1960s dress. A bell skirt supported by crinoline pleats into a fitted bodice. The sleeves have a hint of medieval romance with pointed sleeves the snap at the wrists. This dress is lined but the seam allowance is visible. .
