1960s 70s Maxi Half Slip Skirt by Gossard Artemis, Hand Dyed/Tie Dye Pink, MED, Made in the USA , Vintage Maxi Slip Skirt I hand dyed this long half slip awhile back thinking it’d make for a great slip skirt to wear as outerwear. It was originally a cream color which just wasn’t fun, so I made it fun :) The slip is made of a soft nylon and is thick/opaque enough not to have to worry about people seeing through. It has a side slit which measures 15” and lace trim detailing at the bottom measuring 6.5” The slip is marked a size medium and has an elastic waist. The elastic is in perfect condition, snapping back immediately. Waist un stretched measures 11.5” flat and measures -comfortably- to 15” flat It’d work best for anyone with up to a 30” waist. Maybe a bit larger but I can’t say that with confidence. Best for a skirt size 4-8 Hips stretched to their fullest measure 20” flat so it’s quite forgiving. Again, best for a skirt size 4-8 Slip measures approx 38.5” long *Im 5’5” long and it goes down to my feet, so maxi length It is in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of wear. I cannot find any flaws to note.
