1930's Composition Nancy doll? 17" Open/close eyes with teeth

Vintage composition doll from approx the 1930's. She has brown open/close eyes, teeth and curly hair. Her clothes look vintage and worn with holes, tears and pins to keep closed. She has crazing, eye lashes are worn, some paint wear, discoloration on eyes. I am not sure if she is a Nancy doll. No markings on her body. Some discoloring on clothes, some metal shown through material on the back above legs.
