1930s 1940s quilt with feedsack fabrics hand pieced and quilted 71” x 82”

Fabulous quilt from the 30s/40s with some feedsack fabrics. All hand pieced and quilted. Lovely fabrics! It is backed with a sage green cotton which is also used for the binding. It has cotton batting. Sourced in western North Carolina in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It measures 71” x 82” and is shown on a full size bed. It is quilted with red thread which is seen more often on earlier quilts. It’s in remarkable condition for it’s age. No stains or holes. It’s very charming.
