14K Gold Diamond and Sapphire Slide Pendant (Pendant Only)

14K Gold Diamond and Sapphire Slide or Pendant. Slide/Pendant Only. Necklace/chain Not included. I never had this appraised so I am not positive if the sapphire and diamonds are natural or man made. I bought this new many years ago to wear on my Omega necklace but I feel it can hang on a regular chain as well. I don’t have the opportunity to wear it very much so I want someone to enjoy it. Since it isn’t new and is used it shows signs of use and there may be imperfections. Measurements are very rough approximate measurements and colors may be off because of lighting.
