beholdherlife @brooke071482 hi! That is such an odd place to measure on this dress - I have it in hand now. It’s not the bust … and not pit to pit! It’s under bust/ cups. And it’s 19.25” I’m adding a pic of the inner-facing so you can see the seams. :)
