12" PADMA Animated Christmas Holly Kids Santa Animatronic Vintage New In Box

A cute 12" animated Santa doll with toy bag, new in the box. The box is a little beat up and there appears to be some yellowing on the white trim of the hat/wrists- see photos. It has never had batteries, so it should work perfectly. It takes 2 "C" batteries, not included. The box says the head & hands move. It was sold at K-Mart back in the day, so it's vintage. This is sold as-is, since I'm not taking it out of the box.
