10k 10 karat white gold, mystic topaz, and diamond teardrop pendant necklace

Stunning and in mint condition. The 10 karat gold pendant tests positive for 10 karat, as seen with the acid test in the photos. It weighs 3 grams. The diamonds were tested using a Presidium gem tester and I believe the stone is mystic topaz or mystic quartz. It can be worn in a teardrop shape, or it can be reversed if you wish. It is shown on a 925 sterling chain, which I will include with this piece. It is an estate item. Thank you for looking!
