let me look! I'd say yes, I just went ahead and expanded the muzzle as far as it would go, I think it would have fit our newfie before he passed away. and as far as the strap that goes around the head and buckles behind the head, it expands pretty far! if you feel more comfortable having me measure circumference I'd understand.
