vintage daniel caron cream angora cable knit sweater

* vintage (daniel caron)  * fitted sweater - 3/4 sleeves - boat neck - cable knit detail - rib trim * cream * angora wool blend * size M * hand wash or dry clean  * good vintage condition: no stains, odors, or pilling; minor holes (see photos) measurements (taken flat): pit to pit: 18" shoulder to hem: 22" a charming, classic piece of vintage knitwear from daniel caron. boat neck, three quarter sleeve, and a minimalist cable knit detail down the front. color is a rich vanilla cream—more white than yellow, but definitely warm-toned. angora-blend yarn has a fantastic, cozy texture—fuzzy and soft, with minimal pilling. so very blair waldorf with a tartan mini and lace tights, or throw it on with jeans for more of a gilmore girls vibe. based on the tag, i believe this piece is from the 90s. sweater has a few small holes, two near the hem and one behind the shoulder, which i believe are from wear and not moths; see images. price reflects this! the holes are not conspicuous, so you could wear the sweater as-is; alternatively, they'd made a fun project for anyone interested in visible mending, darning, appliques, or other custom work!  all items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home. machine-washable items and items made with natural fiber materials have been washed with unscented detergent; NWT and synthetic dry-clean only items have been steamed. tags: vintage retro knitwear angora rabbit mohair fuzzy fluffy coquette snow bunny quiet luxury prep ballet
