This sleep sack is gently used and well cared for; having been cleaned only in Euclan, used for fine wool knits to preserve the integrity and softness of the wool by protecting the protein content. I have noticed some of the sleep sacks up for sale have holes in the wool layer. This is likely caused by putting in the dryer. The wool layer is what makes the sack work. This is a costly item but when cared for properly will remain useful to pass on many times. It was steamed prior to re-boxing in original box with all original packing contents. It has a two-way zipper and is meant to replace blankets that can cause dangers for sleeping infants.
