Vintage Whiting & Davis Evening Bag Very good overall vintage condition; some minor scratches, slight gap in the opening (metal) and discolouration/staining of the inside lining (see photos for condition) No huge flaws or defects, but expected wear from age. Colour: Silver Approx size: Length: 9” (bottom) Height: 5.75” Lovely small mesh bag from Whiting & Davis, an American company established in 1876. Ornamental framed silver mesh bag has a kiss closure and short chain strap. One small pocket inside This one is from the 50’s to early 60’s I believe. Their vintage bags are collectors items, especially the mesh bags, which they are known for.
