Vintage Floral Blouse M

Vintage floral blouse that just ties in the front, no buttons. Sleeves have an adjustable tie . This has been in my closet since the 1970’s. Never worn , tags still on garment. And until now I never realized it just tied So please check the measurements. Oh, yeah it still doesn’t fit me! Shoulder to shoulder: 16 Underarm to underarm: 18 Length: 23 Through the waist : 15
